Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes
Hanson Middle School
October 1, 2007
Present: Jesse McSweeney James Egan and Christopher Colclough. James Armstrong absent. Also present Town Administrator Michael Finglas and Executive Assistant Meredith Marini
7:01 p.m. Chairman Egan called the meeting to order.
Item I The Board discussed Article 17 for two new cruisers. Mr. Finglas indicated that he spoke with Chief Savage who indicated that one cruiser has a bad transmission and the other has a bad engine. Mr. Finglas recommended the article.
MOTION by McSweeney, second by Colclough to recommend Article 17. Voted 3 – 0.
Item II The Board discussed Articles 4 and 5, salary increases for the Treasurer/Collector and Health Agent. Mr. Finglas indicated that the Finance Committee will not be recommending the increases.
Item III Due to Mr. Armstrong’s absence, Mr. Egan will be moving all the articles assigned to Mr. Armstrong.
MOTION by McSweeney, second by Colclough to adjourn to Town Meeting. Voted 3 – 0
